4. Payment

• Pricing: $17.00 USD per signature generation
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our payment processor
• All Sales Final: All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
• Service Nature: Our automated service generates signatures based on your input - results may vary depending on the information provided
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your personal information
• Generated signatures become your property upon payment
• Our Service code, design, and algorithms remain our property
• You grant us permission to use anonymous examples for marketing

6. Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but provide no guarantees
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
• We may suspend Service for technical issues or violations
• No compensation for temporary unavailability

7. Service Access

Since no account registration is required:

• Each signature generation is a separate transaction
• We may refuse service for Terms violations
• We may block access from specific IP addresses for abuse
• No ongoing relationship or obligations beyond individual transactions

Email Client Compatibility

The appearance and functionality of the signature in your email messages depend on the specific settings and technical capabilities of your email client. Certain features may be displayed differently or may not function as intended. For example, some email clients, including Microsoft Outlook, do not support the automatic recognition of phone numbers as hyperlinks in signatures by default. This behavior is determined by the technical specifications of the respective email systems and cannot be modified on our side.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. Our service does not cover:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from your use of generated signatures
• Third-party claims related to signature content
